Initial market hypothesis

Commercial-cleaning
research, with context.

For commercial cleaners who know the office work they want, the area they can cover and the accounts they would rather skip. The first research pilot is bounded to Austin.

Know what would make
an account worth your time.

  • The geography you can actually serve
  • Premises and service fit
  • Minimum account size or contract characteristics
  • Capacity and timing constraints
  • Excluded companies, categories and existing customers

An opening is not a buying signal.

An office announcement can be a reason to investigate. It is not proof of unmet cleaning needs.

We keep those distinctions visible. Public facts support a thoughtful first question; they do not establish a contract opportunity, permission to email or purchasing intent.

The right project for the right business

An account brief should earn its row.

Start here if…

  • You sell recurring office cleaning in a territory you can define.
  • You know the premises you want and can supply exclusions or current customers to avoid.
  • You want source-backed account research and can assess the fit yourself.

This won’t fit if…

  • You need a list of people proven to be shopping for a cleaner.
  • You expect guaranteed meetings, contracts or exclusive leads.
  • You want unapproved bulk email or a resale contact database.
What happens next

Test five before committing to twenty.

1. Define the target

Share territory, service, premises criteria, capacity and exclusions.

2. We check the evidence supply

Manual review first. If the criteria cannot support a useful sample, we say so.

3. Inspect five free company briefs

Review the sources, dates, fit reasoning, suggested role and questions still open.

4. Decide whether more is useful

Only after criteria, supply and delivery feasibility are checked do we propose the $750/month Desk. Nothing renews or starts from a sample request.

A few useful answers.

What do I get in a sample account?

A company and location, a relevant public fact with source and date, a fit explanation, a suggested role/opening, contact-verification status and visible unknowns.

Do these companies need cleaning?

That has to be established. An office announcement can support a reason to investigate; the landlord may handle cleaning and the tenant may have no buying interest.

What if the research finds too little?

We will explain the limit and ask whether you want to adjust the criteria. We do not fill the quota with weak matches or silently expand the territory.

Can I start without a retainer?

Yes. The free five-company sample is the first test. Any paid pilot or monthly service needs a separate written scope and terms; no automatic enrollment.

Start with a useful conversation

Request five sample companies

Start with five free researched companies, if your territory and criteria are a fit. You get the evidence, the reasoning and the unknowns. No claim that anyone is ready to buy.
